Sub-processors

To provide the service, Kobem engages providers that process personal data on behalf of its customers. This page lists all of them, one by one, with their role and where they process the data. There is none outside this list.
1. What a sub-processor is
When your company contracts Kobem, you are the data controller and Kobem is the processor. The providers Kobem needs in order to serve you — whoever carries the audio, whoever transcribes it, whoever hosts the database — are sub-processors. They act on Kobem's behalf and, ultimately, on yours.
2. What we commit to with each of them
Kobem imposes on every sub-processor, by contract, data protection obligations equivalent to those Kobem owes you under the Data Processing Addendum, and remains liable to you for their performance as if it were its own.
None of the artificial-intelligence providers on this list retains conversation content beyond the time needed to serve the request, nor uses it to train, fine-tune or improve any model.

Those marked optional only come into play if you enable that integration from your dashboard. If you do not enable it, that provider receives no data of yours.
4. Changes and right to object
Kobem will inform you at least thirty days in advance of the addition or replacement of any sub-processor. Within that period you may object on reasonable data protection grounds.
If the objection cannot be resolved by agreement, you may terminate the affected part of the service without penalty. It is worth saying plainly: some of these providers are indispensable for the service to work, and objecting to them may amount to not being able to continue using it.
