Sub-processors
Last updated: 4 November 2026
To provide the service, Kobem engages providers that process personal data on behalf of its customers. This page lists them, one by one, with their role and where they process the data.
1. What a sub-processor is
When your company contracts Kobem, you are the data controller and Kobem is the processor. The providers Kobem needs in order to serve you — whoever carries the audio, whoever transcribes it, whoever hosts the database — are sub-processors. They act on Kobem's behalf and, ultimately, on yours.
2. Provider terms
Sub-processors act under their terms of service and data processing terms, and Kobem is liable to you on the terms of the Data Processing Addendum. Optional integrations you switch on, such as Telegram, are governed by that provider's terms.
The artificial-intelligence providers on this list do not use conversation content to train their models.
3. Current list
| Provider | Role | Processing |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database and storage of call recordings | EU |
| Vercel | Hosting of the web application | EU / USA |
| LiveKit Cloud | Audio transport, voice engine hosting and recording | EU / USA |
| OpenAI | Voice processing for calls | USA |
| Anthropic | Call analysis and summary, and dashboard assistant | USA |
| didlogic | Telephony: numbering and call transit | EU / UK / Singapore |
| Resend | Delivery of service emails | USA |
| Telegram | Notifications and call audio, only if the customer links their account | International |
| Slack | Alerts in a channel, only if the customer connects it | USA |
| HubSpot | Lead sync, only if the customer connects it | USA |
| Google Workspace | Calendar and Sheets, only if the customer connects them | USA |
| Cal.com | Scheduling, only if the customer connects it | USA |
Those marked optional only come into play if you enable that integration from your dashboard. If you do not enable it, that provider receives no data of yours.
4. Changes and right to object
Kobem will inform you at least thirty days in advance of the addition or replacement of any sub-processor. Within that period you may object on reasonable data protection grounds.
If the objection cannot be resolved by agreement, you may terminate the affected part of the service without penalty. Some of these providers are indispensable for the service to work, and objecting to them may amount to not being able to continue using it.
That notice goes to the account's email address. For questions about this list, write to us at contact@kobem.ai.
